The Department of Justice has appointed Kenneth R. Feinberg
and Camille S. Biros Administrators of the $500 million
Compensation Fund imposed on the Boeing Company by the
Department of Justice arising out of a Deferred Prosecution
Agreement dated January 6, 2021 (the “Fund”).

Pursuant to this Agreement, the Administrators have been
designated by the Department of Justice with the responsibility for
distributing the $500 million Fund to the Families and next of kin
who lost loved ones in the Lion Air and Ethiopian Airlines 737
MAX accidents.

Within the next few months the Administrators will design and
implement the procedures for the distribution of this Fund and will
distribute to each Family (and/or their attorney of record), copies of
the Protocol and the process for the receipt and transmission of the
funds to each family.

The Boeing Company created the Boeing Community Investment Fund (“BCIF”) to provide philanthropic support to the local communities affected by the Lion Air Flight 610 and Ethiopian Air Flight 302 accidents.

The Administrators have completed their review of all submitted Family and Program Applications and have determined the Final List of Approved Charitable Programs, Projects and Organizations that meet the compliance requirements in accordance with the BCIF Protocol dated April 20, 2020 (the "Final List"). The organizations included on the Final List are eligible for contribution from the BCIF. A copy of the Final List is available on this website in the tab labeled "Documents".

If you have not submitted a Family Application or if your proposed program, project or charitable organization does not appear on the Final List, you will be contacted by the Administrators and provided a copy of the Final List and an Allocation Form. Please indicate your selection by choosing from among those organizations on the Final List.

You may also download the Final List and Final Program Allocation Form from this website, complete the Allocation Form (which is in fillable PDF format), sign, scan and email the competed form to ApplicantServices@BoeingCommunityInvestmentFund.com. The Administrators will make the donation of your proportionate share of the BCIF funds to your selected organization. You may also return the form by mail or courier to:

All completed Allocation Forms must be returned to the Program Administrators on or before December 31, 2020. These Programs will be funded between now and January 15, 2021. In the event that there are remaining funds that have not been earmarked by the Families, all such remaining funds will be distributed among the organizations on the Final List at the sole discretion of the Administrators.

The Administrators will complete all BCIF distributions by January 15, 2021.
